Not to question you but how do you know this is a parasite? Do you have insurance? That is can you get a scan to see what is going on? That would be the best place to start. I do remember see a vid on YouTube (Monsters inside us series by Animal Planet) of a case of this.

If it is a worm then taking CoQ10 isn't going to kill it, you would have to resort to pharmaceuticals (Albendazole etc) - best under a doctor's care but the problem with this is how are you going to convince a doctor this is a worm. They will think you are crazy. Tweet
