Flush the night after skin cancer surgery?

I read that you should not do a flush when ill, but what about after a minor surgery, in my case removal of a small area of skin cancer?

I am against any type of surgery to begin with but do not know what else to do at this point because it was biopsied as melanoma and needs to be rmoved quickly according to the dermatologist. I have done flushes once or twice a year for the last few years. I am now resolved to continue with flushes regularly every two weeks, which I should have been already doing for the past few years and maybe I would not be in this situation.

Any ideas out there in cure zone land?
