I have the tracks too, and they have only appeared in the past few weeks, right after I took a second course of Humaworm. It disseminated them to my skin. I'm pretty sure they are strongyloides, because they are longer and stringier than pinworms, at least the ones I pull out of my nose are.

I'm doing ICU's iver/ABZ protocol soon, and pray it works. I have them in my eyes as well.
