I agree, 100%...plus...

...I once had the experience of a friend supporting me...I mean really supporting me, unconditionally.

It wasn't what she said, it was a feeling that came over me, on the telephone, half a world away. I knew without doubt that she supported me, no matter what.

I didn't know, at 70+, that such support existed.

Now, I try to project that thought to others, even everyone, every time I remember.

EFT is wonderful, too...on every subject. I used it, with a demonstration video on Youtube, every day for five days. Wow!

Do it repeatedly, on the same subject, if you bring the negative back upon yourself.

Tap on everything!

Don't even stop to question, just do it. It works.


And, ask a friend to think great good supportive thoughts about you. ...Just to support you unconditionally...and return the favour.
