Do a food journal eat one food at a time see how your body reacts to it.
In general low fat chicken +fish/some meat agree with most people that have candida.
Try some good fats for quick energy--sugar free coconut milk/coconut oil+Spectrum palm oil= Medium chain fats
Try other fats:olive oil,fish oil (Omega 3s)
If you have trouble doing fruits or veggies
Try juicing some deep green veggies(chard, romaine etcc
I think sometimes when people have candida the roughage and skins might be hard to digest.
Almost all grains dont agree with most Candida sufferers
Nuts and seeds can be hard to digest too.
