Are Bach Flowers strong enough?

I went to see my Kinesiologist who gave me some bach flowers remedies.

when I spoke to a friend about it, she said but flower rememdies are weak.

Is this true of a myth?

Its not the first time I have heard it a homeopath once said that flower remedies were much weaker.

I have been o n them two weeks and not sure how I am doing, have not noticed too much yet but still have fingers crossed. Tweet
