Re: Stool test results questions

I checked out the Fiber menace book on Amazon. It does not do a very good job at describing what is in it. I do however find that certain fibers make matters worse in abundance. Beans are one of them. No they do not give me gas. I do have a question about what you two are talking about when you say "motility"? (I beleive that was the word you used) I ask because that is my problem. My bowls no longer seem to have a brain connection and when I try to push, things get stuck. Its like I have a door that shuts when I push. I should not say push like my stools are hard as I currently take alot of magnesium just to make sure that does not happen. Its hard to fully explain. All I know for sure is that it feels like my mind is not connected to my bowls no longer. If that is what you are talking about, the little bit of research I have done on the E. Coli, it is supposed to help with the motility. The second thing is if you are looking to order your own labs, look at a web site called Direct Labs. They allow you to order and go the lab for draw.
