Thank you. I'm aware of H's insights regarding milk and it's ability to increase the viscosity of mucus, but thought I'd throw this one out to the masses. I drink both coconut and almond milk, among others. Goat's milk, according to most, is best tolerated of any - but I'm not so keen on using it in smoothies. I do like it in my coffee or tea
I've read it's the fat content. Seems everywhere one could look a different or conflicting opinion is found. Ho hum.
