Thanx for the info. It's encouraging to hear about your dad at 76.

Could you explain exactly in what form you mention the KI & SSKI (if there is a difference)? This is all new to me and all I hear mostly is Lugol's. Do I drink it, paint it, both, neither, etc.

Also, I started taking kelp caps, is that the same?
