Re: Stool test results questions
Thank you for the links. I have already found the first but not the second. I wish I could sum up all my "issues" in a quick post but that is impossible. Here is a very brief history: Born and raised fast food until about 8 years ago when I started making changes in our diet for the health of the family. Have kids with health issues the 3rd child being the most severe. Don't eat out much now and if we do, it is Thai food. I eat curry which helps the movements. Started the constipation issue approx 3 years ago with smaller than normal bowl movements every day followed by every other then every two days. I would not let it go more than that. I did enemas at first to help, then got a colema board. Don't do either as I have been told it could have been problematic for addictions. I have major hormone issues since I can remember. I am obese and have been my whole life. I did HCG in 07 and lost 60lbs. It was more but have recently gained 10 lbs for unknown reasons. I have temperature control issues, mainly I freeze. That is a VERY simplistic view but that is the jist.
I thank you for your second information and found this to be very interesting about E. Coli:
This also generates heat to help keep us warm.
E-coli ferments to produce folic acid, vitamin K2 (this protects against osteoporosis), Co-enzyme Q10 (essential for mitochondrial function), together with 3 amino acids, namely tyrosine and phenylalanine (these are pre-cursors of dopamine, lack of which results in low mood) and tryptophan. Tryptophan is a pre-cursor of serotonin, which is responsible for gut motility
I have to take COQ10 just to exercise with walking, I have hearing issues which is Otosclorsis which is
Arthritis in the ear, I have a very stressed but mellow mood, I have had low back pain for 7 years and so on.
My diet is rotational but here is what I had yesterday:
2 eggs with vegenaise and ketchup and lettuce. Each egg had 1 slice of Udi's bread.
1 orange
1 banana
20 or so brown rice with seaweed chips
red curry with a small amount of brown rice and extra veges.
I do have a problem with water intake as the water lowers my body temp and makes me miserable. I have tried warmed water and that does not help. I bloat with excess water.
My oils consist of coconut oil and grapeseed oil. I only use them in small amounts.
