Yes that is true but they also immediately start eating foods high in fat soluble minerals and other usable minerals & vitamins to the body. As with the cow most humans do not start eating grass as soon as they are weaned, and do so solely, for the rest of their life as the cow does. All I am saying here is Americans must eat a lot more greens and green vegetables to get their minerals and have the best of health or use some grass fed, healthy, raw cows milk.
