I've already done years of psyllium husk cleanses, 2 Liver Cleanses with olive oil and lemon juice 2 years ago, have changed my diet to anti-Candida one recently (it's been 3 weeks already), though I'd been eating quite healthy in general... I'm on grapefruit seeds extract... taking vit B, A, E, probiotics atm... and finishing the 2nd week on ALA.
I don't drink alcohol, coffee, teas. Don't smoke. Don't take any conventional medication, like Antibiotics and such... Have used mostly homeopathic remedies....
I'm also a pro runner, so general health isn't a huge issue.
Reckon my high-carbo diet has led me to several problems I need to tackle, hence my interest in finding perfect supplements for detoxification...

I've tried such things as Zapper, Infratonic, Orgone stuff without any big differences... Tweet
