Hi, Chiron,

There's something happening at our house today.

Two nights ago I tapped (EFT) on insomnia, particularly the feeling of urinary incontinence, like having to get up and go every hour.

The night of the tapping, and last night, were awful. BUT, yesterday morning I felt lighter, and I walked much better...a breakthrough.

This feeling has stayed with me and I feel it this minute.

This morning I awakened a little after midnight and came to the computer for more than four hours.

Dh was up and off to coffee and his collection job at 6:30 a.m., as usual.

I was tired, so I headed back to bed. I also found myself cold and not warming easily.

Then, when dh came home, and I wasn't ready to spring into action...it hit me that maybe going to the bathroom in the night depleted my electrolytes...and I remembered the first time I used Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts.

I had it in my cupboard for three years, chicken to try it...and not knowing how I wanted to use it.

I had that night phoned a holistic practitioner, afraid I was dying. He hadn't much patience with that line of thinking, and suggested a footbath in HCMS, about 1/2 a cup or more in warm water...for grounding.

I was so scared that I did it...without knowing a thing about percentage solution, or sole, or baths, or anything.

That night I slept reasonably well, and the next morning I was coming down the stairs, and I realized that I felt wonderful!

(How did I forget that moment?)


This morning, Aha! If I was minerally depleted/unbalanced, the thing to do was a footbath in HCMS!

Before breakfast dh poured me one...one cup of sole in 26 cups of plain warm water.

Then we had two boiled eggs each, and went to the depot with our stuff.

After lunch I went to sleep for a couple of hours...then here.

Do you know (?)...I feel fine. I feel a lot like I felt yesterday...light, stepping up...and like I could eat a horse (though I didn't).


I have made a choice...I am going to detox my mercury Amalgam fillings through my skin, mainly...until I can get someone who will do it right...and I can pay for it.

Since my local health food store doesn't have any activated charcoal, I'll use Pascalite (1/4 tsp. in a glass of water, twice per day); and in poultices...over, say, my liver. And I'll use HCMS in footbaths, perhaps daily.

And I'll use all kinds of other stuff, as they seem like good ideas...like coconut oil.


Tonight I'll see if I get up so often. Wouldn't that be a hoot, if all those 'urges' were simply mineral imbalances.

(Hee, hee, hee.)

Oh, for 8 hours of uninterupted sleep...it's been years.

You'll hear me dancing a jig.

Now I'll go read some more.
