Mites and Quit Zits

Congratulations on the quitting smoking! I quit almost 7 months ago, and I've had Acne ever since then.

I have this theory that the mites were happy until I quit smoking (when my body started to be more alkaline), and then they got pissed off. They've been dying and rotting in my face ever since. (Sorry for the graphic language.) So I guess all of this Acne has really been a good thing because I'm being slowly cleansed of the buggers and am killing them by simply changing the acidity of my body and eating parasite-killing foods, but I'd like them gone sooner than later, if you know what I mean.

In the last two weeks, I've developed two massive volcanoes on my face. One on my jawline near my ear, and the other above my lip. I'm almost certain that these were nests/colonies of the little bastards. They just keep oozing pus. Bleh.

The borax was a little too harsh for my skin, so I'm currently using the Ponds cold creme remedy. My skin already looks better and it's only been two days. I am getting some die-off zits, but they're coming to a head and are easily removed with my pimple tool. They're also healing quickly.

Oh, and I'm using Selsun Blue shampoo. Hoping that'll kill the ones in my scalp.
