Morgellon's fibers after detox bath?

I took at detox bath last night with baking soda, vinager, epsom salts, and coconut oil.  I soaked for 1 hour.  While in the tub, I could see things floating in the water.  I washed the tub really good before taking the bath.  When I got out, I started to pick out the gunk in the water and put them on a small mirror to show my husband when I decided to get the blacklight out and see what I could see.  I read that Morgellon's is fluorescent.  There was tons of things fluorescing in the water.  Mostly globs and strings.  Are these Morgellon fibers or do other things fluorescent?  My family thinks I'm crazy!

This is a mysterious mark on my knee that happened right after the detox bath.
