I'm confused what you're trying to accomplish.

Can you identify the mold you've cultured or determine how much of the mold is present in whatever medium you've collected it from?

Almost every single place has mold (even suspended in mid-air), it would be hard NOT to grow any.

Although some mold is toxic, many other molds play beneficial roles.
