s and d small bowel follow through

Hi all,

Any one here have an s and d small bowel follow through?

I had two colonoscopies - that came back as indicating splenic flexure syndrome - something about a kink in the colon.

Anyone know what causes splenic flexure and/or how to treat it?

I still have abdominal pain and stools just not right. So the doctor ordered an s and d small bowel follow through.

What can be diagnosed from this test?

Is it possible that crohn's/colitis can exist only in the upper colon?
