The organism with the foot is the worm the foot is the growth from the fungus to the worm to digest it. The worm that is shaped like a cigar and is hard and crumbly at the same time. yellowish but translucent. Sometimes has the red gel inside ( I used to think it was blood ). That makes sense if the red gel is the bacteria the worm likes to eat.

Tonight out of my elbow came one that looks like it had the nooses still attached. I only have a 12x loop but am saving it until I get my taxes and buy a microscope ( mac one is $$ ). I also read on a lyme busters thread regarding ao of a person who was calling the nooses necklaces that just found the theory
