Hi, My first movement of the day has been bright cayenne pepper sludge followed by bright yellow water all the way through - no brown, now on day 14.
Im planning on moving back to eating through juicing. Il start with the orange juice as advised then i plan to introduce a green to the orange like spinach and then Il probably bring in cucumber and carrots and kale and Celery and alfalfa sprouts. I also juice lots of ginger daily normally. I think Il keep the combinations simple to begin with and then after a few days I might blend spinach leaves with orange juice and then perhaps a mango with kale leaves to make smoothies. After that I may add some nut milk to the mixture and bring in avacados and bananas and then move on to small salads after that.
Im only going on my gut feeling and am open to advice about combinations
