Problem with abdominal pain; feel like my intestine is stuck by gallstone.

Three weeks ago, I took a tablespoon of omega 3 oil with vitamin D first thing in the morning before I ate breakfast on an empty stomach. Within a few minutes, I felt my right abdomen just below the rib cage start pumping a few times. (usually I only take a teaspoon after breakfast. But I was using a tablespoon that day and pour too much, so I just drink it anyway before eating breakfast). After this, the next few days, I started feeling full and stuff after each meal (even small meal) and pain around the right ab below the rib cage. And usually an hour after the meal, I will feel dull pain on my right abdomen 2 inches from my belly button and the area feels bloated and stuffed. About 30 minutes later, the bloating will subside but the area will still feel stiff when pressed. I went to the doctor and they took blood test and a upper right abdominal ultra sound to rule out gall bladder stone. The tests and ultra sound came back normal. The doctor also told me to take an acid blocker pill every morning for 2 weeks but it did not help. The problem is still there. I have the feeling that something is stuck in my intestine. Could it be some Gallstones had come out and got stuck in my intestine and partially blocking it? I still have normal bowel movement. Any suggestion on what to take to help clearing the blockage? Would you consider my symptom is a gallstone attack or could be something else? Thanks
