Ok; the most binding supplement I know of is clay or DE (Diatomaceaus Earth)
Magnesium can worsen the D problem, but if you take the right form of it; Magnesium malate or citrate, it is not to bad. Stay away from the oxide form.

Taking to many supplements? don't know what is causing what?
Get down to a bare minimum for a while. Vit C, B,real salt, Magnesium, iodine, selenium, DE.
IBS is inflammation; that involves adrenals, adrenals are dependent on the thyroid, and vice-versa.

Licorice root is great for adrenals, it is also anti inflammatory.
As Wombat mention; a good fat will help; real butter and coconut oil is my favorites.

I was a vegetarian when I became hypo T; I had an excellent diet, no artificial supplements; mostly organic etc. Still; I lacked some vital nutrients (iodine mostly in my case) and couldn't get any further.
