Flushed last night. Would a SWF help my nauesea?

It's the morning after my Liver Flush and I'm nauseas as hell. The protocool I followed doesn't require doing epson salts the next morning and I rather not do those anyway.

Would a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) help or dehydrate me even more?

And why do other life problems come up during a time like this? In 6hrs I have to go somewhere that's an hour away. And last night in between bathroom trips I had to give fluids to a dehydrated animal..and now take him to the vet before that other trip. :(
