Yes, I am doing mine tomorrow (Tuesday). I will wake up and have a fat free breakfast, starting with at least 2 apples, and then have either potatoes with vegetables if I have time to cook, or fat-free rice cakes if I don't have time to prepare anything. They're great because I can take them with me and have a few whenever I get hungry. That's what I did last time, I had as many apples and rice cakes as I wanted until 2pm. I love to eat and get hungry easily so I wasn't looking forward to a day with fat free food and then nothing at all.
I also had my coffee with fat-free milk in the am, made me enjoy my morning (having a boring and hungry day foodwise ahead, I certainly didn't want to feel deprived of all of my pleasures).
So good luck, wake up and have a fat free meal :-) Let me know what you plan on having for breakfast and lunch.
