Marci... I took this once upon a time. All I can tell you is that it is t-h-e NASTIEST tasting stuff I ever put in my mouth, and it did n-o-t-h-i-n-g that it said it would do. Both my friend and I took it faithfully for 3 months every day.... and neither of us felt or saw any benefits. A huge waste of money in my opinion. Tweet
