You guys...need to do your homework. Genetically-Modified yes! Here's the story. Vietnam heavily experimented with chem trailing in Hoi Chi Minh Trail. Experimenting with cloud seeding began again here in the states and China in the 1970's and no one was told about it but if you google it you can get information about it. NCAR, HAARP and several other companies from special interests groups both U.S. and foreign began dispersing this stuff over several years. The actual guy who invented the barium, aluminum and strontium formulation was arrested and is still sitting in prison (hmmmm...could it be this stuff is leathal). Anyway, in 1990's HAARP began extensively experimenting with this stuff in the meantime Monsantos who also has investors connected with the very bioscience labs producing a variety of things for agriculture, medicines, and climate control substances came out with an aluminum coated seedling just prior to the recent projected 10,000 tons of cloud seeding dispersements to be generated heavily worldwide in the next five years with big stimulus money from government, the CDC and NEON inc. You see Monsanto knew the current crops could not withstand the metals so they developed a special seedling that will have to be used by all areas in which they are conducting NCAR's projects. Head of FDA is ex Monsantos executive so they do not have to follow standard regulations. Also involved with the whole DNA manipulation is a man by the name of Craig Venture who is creating synthetic mycoplasma and other bacterias. He worked with the bioethics presidential committee currently headed by Amy Guttman who is a board member of Vanguard, Vanguard is a top investor of Monsanto along with Primecap who sells primarily Vanguard funds.
