I did a 30 day fast in Janurary and a combination of things I ate during breaking actually caused me to pass a bunch of stones. No more minor aches in my right side since.
But unfortunatley I got back into SAD eating and I didn't want to go here again. I've been eating crap since, haven't been feeling that great and I want to fast again to get that good feeling back. I like the way I feel during a fast. I don't feel.."healthy" now even though there's nothing technically wrong with me. My digestive system is working. Maybe too good or too little, had diahreah a lot from eating dairy but when I don't eat it, I'm going regular a few times a day.
My biggest problem would be dehydration. I have not been drinking enough.
I follow the flush with the 5 day Oxypowder and the cream and berries. How soon can I do these 5 days? Is 5 days long enough to rehydrate my system with enough water and fresh juices? Or should I do about 2 weeks of healthy eating and lots of water?
