Thank you Newport! Everything I've been reading for the past few days keeps coming back to this.
I had tested myself for what supplements I still needed, after taking a long break from taking any supplements (burned out..err stubborness). TMG is still testing as one I need..2 TBS per day. I like the powdered form of the supplements rather than the capsules anymore-- no fillers.
Please save me having to search for my own answer, because I know it's there someplace but I can't remember..
is TMG a poor man's form of SAMe and will it work the same..or not?
That was another thing I found with B-12 is that homocysteine levels also need to be checked too. I didn't have to have lab work to tell me it has been for awhile..quite a while.
