Hi!

I've done four flushes and on nmy second one I started experiencing just what you're describing. Blisters or eczema around my knees, itching so much that I can't help scretching until they bleed.

I guess this is all part of the cleansing process and apparently me not doing enemas or colonics after the flushes.

I've read somewhere that there some sort of lymph ,,, (don't know the English word for it) behind the knee and when it helps cleanse the body it shows on the skin.

What ever it is a sign of, it's telling me to go on with the flushes. I've had three great flushes so far and got out lots of stones and chaff, including a really big stone, so Liver Flushing seems to be one of those rare alternative things that actually delivers what it promises.

My skin is a lot less greasy, I don't use powder anymore. I don't have as many black heads or clogged pores as I used to, not even during PMS. in between two flushes I had some really uncomfortable pain in my right hip. After I flushed it disappeared over night. I can't explain that but it did.

I still need to flush many more times which makes it even better that I've gotten started and have ALREADY done four! So, yes, please try Liver Flushing and start as soon as you can. But another please, learn as much as you can about it first. It'll feel a lot safer and easier if you do.

And on this forum you'll find all the info you need and lots of support from fellow flushers. They're great about that and will keep you flushing and cheer you on through good and bad times.

If you check out the top of the page you'll find lots of info (Frequently asked questions, recipies e t c).
