I've been making broths from different parts, although regrettably, it seems that I'm glutamate sensitive, so my brain freaks out when I drink broth - excitotoxicity symptoms like spaciness, fogginess and headaches.
Any ideas on how I can overcome glutamate toxicity?
I read that taurine is very inhibitory when it comes to glutamate toxicity, as well as other things but I didn't really try anything consistently.
