is sodium carbonate safe to consume? and does it have a salty taste or make you feel queasy? b/c when i mixed Sea Salt in a drink once i felt like vomiting. i noticed any drink with 'salt' makes me feel kind of sickish

do you have to do this routine regularly or is it a one time cure? also for me, elimianting tons of food from my diet makes me go mad & something starts to go wrong the longer i do it. i mean if any food cuased eczema id think a whole lot more people would have eczema
