I ordered a whole list of different gums and mints from Xlear, because it was my understanding that xylitol actually inhibited candida growth. Im on week 2 of the plan, and noticed that xylitol is in the 'no' section. I realize that the candida/xylitol studies are relatively new, newer than the plan being published, so is it okay to take xylitol now with this new info? Thanks!
