Was reading Dr Shulze info about diet, etc. I don't know if I could go vegan. I'm a blood type O and I seem to need at least one properly combined protein meal for breakfast, then I usually eat things like millet and vegetables for lunch and supper.
Your approach is interesting and I'll try to incorporate it as much as I can, but I'm swamped with info right now, if you know what I mean.
I do think that home made IR sauna was what caused the problem I once had with heat, and I want to do right this time to let Cayenne do it's thing with me and not screw that up again. Do you think regular dry heat saunas would be OK with Cayenne therapy? I belong to a gym and I go there to work out 3x a week and often have saunas for 15-20 mins at 170*F.
