I can no longer find the reply you made to me, so I'll reply here instead.

Would liver disease (chronic Hepatitis C) be a reason to not take Cayenne, or would I need to take less Cayenne due to Hep C?

Thank you for your thoughts on this. Maybe I'll be able to take Cayenne instead of saunas from now on, but they say saunas may help remove exracellular mercury.

I got some 90,000 HU Cayenne today, and took 1/4th TSP in water with raw garlic and Milk Thistle. It felt good, gave me a slight burn, not bad. It's like I'm still used to it from a few years ago when I took it.

I was taking EDTA to help improve my circulation (I'm a male, age 59), but stated getting signs of mineral deficiency so I quit it. Maybe Cayenne is a better idea.
