Thanks for the add, and your points are well taken. It's always best to get supplemental items in whole food forms in the diet when possible, and I think magnesium is a vitally important mineral. Most of us are deficient in it and magnesium deficiency has been linked to a very large number of maladies. Like some other items - such as Vitamin D in the winter months - it is hard to get all you need without supplementation. Our mineral depleted soils contribute greatly to that.

While not completely "natural", I submit that what I suggested is far more natural than putting man-made side-effect laden pharmaceuticals into our natural body.
