Frequent, unprotected MDMA usage can result in destruction of neurons.

Infrequent, protected use is probably fine. My gut tells me that once every 3 months with judicious application of antioxidants should save you any damage.

I'm trying to imagine what the neuronal damage looks like from the perspective of its effects on AF and I don't think I've got enough knowledge to say. I think it could have effect, but I don't know what. From my uninformed perspective it seems it could go either way, as far as reducing or aggravating sympathetic activation.

Meditation, breathing exercises, moderate exercise. I'm thinking these are your best bet for getting better and also for making up for any damage done by e.
