Listen to what I heard on the radio this morning

So, I am driving my son to school and listening to Z-100, a popular NY radio station.

The D-jay, a female, is talking about how she is going in for surgery tomorrow.

She then goes on to say she has been hypothyroid since she was in grammar school and that now she has a nodule growing. The doctors are not sure if it is cancer but they are taking her thyroid out tomorrow. Then she says that "I am told if I am going to get cancer, this is the one you want because it is so curable". Nice statement.

She then goes on to say that it is no big deal, except that nobody can go near her because she has to take some radiation tablet so she has to be quarantined and take medicine for the rest of her life but it is really not big deal.

And are you ready for the best part???? She has the utmost confidence in her doctor because a lot of her friends have had the same exact surgery and he is really good. She says you have no idea how common this is.

I guess she has never been to the Curezone, let alone this wonderful forum....Too bad for her. Tweet
