Definitely Heaven and Hell are real. The only problem is the perceptions that people have that make them sound unreal and confusing. There are those who are happy with simple answers and those who will devle more deeply into this subject. Of course we do not really know what heaven and hell could be like and so all that we can perceive know now is mostly from the perceptions of past thinkers and writers. Definitely the New Testament bible is the best resource for a better understanding.
