If you live in Colorado and have Morgellons, also have the cloud seeding in your area you need to call the Public Health and Environment Department. Here are the names of two meterologist who are handling complaints: Emit Mallone 303-692-3136 and Patrick Reedy 303-692-3239

If you are in another state you can call your local branch and ask for the extension for air pollution issues. Also you might be able to get someone in your state by calling the numbers above, this lets them know this is a problem throughout the whole U.S. and not just Colorado.
