Evidence that Chi/Qi/Ki/Orgone/L-field exist? Do QiGong and Hypnosis work via the same mechanism?

I researched qigong and found many cases where it healed people. I even talked to some people that healed from major diseases quit rapidly either by receiving QiGong healing or by practicing QiGong. Most my research was in Spring Forest QiGong.

Is the healing a result of:

1- Mind power (hypnosis/placebo)
2- Chi/life force/orgone energy

?

Clinical evidence exists that hypnosis heals.
Clinical evidence exists that QiGong heals.
But we dont understand how either really works (kinda like gravity, we see it and measure it but dont know how it really works)..

Could they both be utilizing the same mechanism: Either a mind-body connection/communication or Chi manipulation?

Is there any scientific evidence that Chi exists? L-force, Orgone? what else?
