I have completed 2 weeks of Montreal's "eating program". I have followed his original very restrictive diet, I exercise (fast walk at least 5 days a week 1.5 miles), a try to keep stress at a minimum and drink 7-8 glasses of water/day. I do yoga using wiifit, as well.
Week 1 - no improvement
Week 2 - no improvement
I tend to peel a little every day with some days what I call "major peels"...but it's random.
I have lost 4 pounds, feel good and am happy to have eliminated processed Sugar and "bad" carbs. I plan to follow this strict for 4 weeks and then slowly add some of his "optional" fruits and veggies. But, after week four I am going to have 1 cup of coffee and a muffin for a treat...can't wait! But then I plan to continue eating a healthy diet, even if there is no improvement in my lips. Will report in later. Way to go "lipdisorder"....maybe one day we'll all find what works for us and heal EC.
