Re: a family on iodine
This was the reason for not putting my brother on the full protocol first time; I was afraid of to tough reactions. But then again I learned that there wasnt much gain that way either.
The toughest reactions on any of my cases was on a veteran from the gulf war. We almost gave up, but managed after several trials and errors to find the way in. In his particular case he needed more salt and vit c (very low adrenal function, barely any) he needed lots of magnesium (cramps, arrhytmia) B vitamins for his digestion..
by the way he claimed that the ratio of magnesium to selenium had a say in it. He also needed to avoid any calcium in his supplement; as it caused terrible
kidney stone pains. When all these steps was done he started over again with iodine, titrating up one drop every second day, and can now tolerate up to 15-20 drops without much problem.
I will make a post about him in a month or two; but so far I can only say that if he manages to get well, everyone can.
