a week ago i got another painful throat but it was where the thyroid is, and it stopped within 12 hrs from me stopping iodine..

this time the pain was higher and accompanied by sneezing and a runny nose that's why i called it sore throat or a cold.. i also have pain all over, kinda like the aches you get when you have the flue.

I am feeling better now, if i sleep well i will wake up healthier, a good night's sleep can be healing but lack of sleep due to burping makes things worse. Tweet
