If Lugol's feels good to you, then that's the take-home message for you. Your body speaks. We're assuming you're taking 5% Lugol's? If you're taking 2%, the value of iodine is divided by 2.5. Strongly recommend 200 mcg selenomethionine. If the tyrosine feels good to you, great. You're listening to yourself, and that's all good.
