There is also a lot of good info to be read in old posts.
I started my time at this forum by reading old posts; all the R s and other posts with interresting headings.

That said; I know there is a lot of brain fog around when one are Iodine deficient, the whole thing seems overwhelming.
After some time on Iodine your brain works better; so just get started somehow.
