so RAW diet cures EVERYTHING?

if raw diet change is the miracle magic bullet for EVERY diease then someone please tell how the raw diet diet will cure MYOPIA, the elongated eyeball conmdition i developed since age 8, that has been running in my family? i have a high prescription and evrything is a big failure to cure it

and if its a miracle cure it should also cure personality disorderes too right? ive always been emotionally sensitive since birth and have a history of outbursts amd panic attacks when depressing/stressful situations occurred, also always been extremely shy i cannot make a friend b/c i have lots of fear built into me

every fast i did skyrocketed my junk food cravings and intensified my rash and burned my face/dried it up. garbage and only uneducated people would think that dieting will cure EVERY 'DISEASE' ALIVE? some disease are inherited (i.e progeria, fatal familial insomnia, cystic fibrosis etc etc) and only idiots believe raw diets wil cure these!!! notice how rare these disease are? shit happens and nature makes flaws too!
