I find it motivating to document my fast here. I posted about my 21 day fast that ended on the eighth day. Very disappointing but I'm sure there were benefits to that fast.
I have to schedule my fasts around my activities, and this week is kind of slow for me, so I decided to sneak in a 5 day fast. I already failed day 1 (Monday) but it's okay, I enjoyed my 2 hour bike ride and that is something I definitely cannot do while fasting.
Tuesday (today) is day 1. Planning to break my fast on Sunday.
