Morgellons bugs and fibers, but no lesions

I have had the jelly spiders, mites in creases between legs, have pulled long fibers from areas all over body, have had horseshoe mites in pubic area...the only lesions I've had are from pulling fibers from my face and continuously picking at them, as I feel pressure in there and try to get it out. I don't get sores if I leave it alone. Am I to expect to get the lesions later on? Also I have a nematode infection at the cellular level..fighting this myself, as Dr. thinks I'm imagining it..plus I have raised reddish areas on my scalp that move around pumping little wormletts onto my hair shafts. My husband sleeps with me but has no symptoms except for stinging/biting sensations. I think this could kill me..but I am fighting back with vit.c/saltwater flushes, yogurt/sea salt to parasites on skin. I also use other various things that help, I have a zapper that I use too. If anyone else has these symptoms or any helpful info, please let me know....The Doctors just don't care it seems. Tweet
