Endometriosis is apparently less severe when hormone levels are more constant, and usually totally absent before the advent of menstruation, and after the beginning of the Menopause.

There is nothing but nothing that will regulate and restore your metabolism and endocrine system that a water-only-fast. However, this must be of sufficient length to gain the max' benefit: 21 days may be an insufficient time period for the body to self-heal.
The good news is that this will go a long way in achieving that aim and where a strict plant-based diet that is properly combined will most likely finish the job.
If not, then a second and subsequent lengthy fast after a month of refeeding as above, should most definitely suffice.

Your skin conditions should also be eradicated this way as well.
