first liver flush, fear of epsom salts..

I have cronic, cystic Acne and horrible allergies. I figure it's about time I start cleansing my liver; but the Epsom Salts (especially the amounts) in a Liver Flush seem no unnatural to me. I've heard of people having problems and needing to go to the ER while doing Epsom Salt flushes. Anyone got anything to tell me about this? Tweet
