I have basically the same symptoms patern that you describe. And one of the strange thing I have notice with time is that I feel worse the days I am not working 60-70% worse then the day I work. I do landscaping mostly maintenance work. I try to work for 3-5 hour max everyday. And let me tell you that working keeps me sane. On my day off I usually feel so slugish and tired that I end up doing nothing.
I think alot of this has to do with being active soon after I wake up. If I do not get going quickly in the morning I will usually have a bad day.
Also I have notice on the day I work I have a tendencie to eat way less then on my day off when I tend to overeat.
My two cents to you is try to do something everyday that give you a purpose and make you feel energized. I think that with Af the worse thing you can do is to stop doing everything , in my case it always made me way worse !
